Introduction:
MH-3667 is a new type of thermal insulating material which is synthesized by organic silicon, not emit heat, no corrosion and little shrinkage during the curing process, applicable to electronic components heat sealing and casting, form thermal insulation system.

Curing at room temperature, curing speed, high efficiency, easy to use;
Maintain the flexibility of rubber between -50℃ and 250℃, excellent electrical properties, good thermal conductivity;
Water-proof, moisture-proof, chemical resistance, anti-yellowing, weather-resistant for more than 25 years;
Flame retardant to UL 94 HB level;
