2 general provisions:

2.3 Construction in the construction process must have a complete record, including the construction of temperature, humidity, date, time, construction sealant products brands, production date, batch number, whether by bottom paint, cleaning procedures and construction name etc..

3.Design reference:

3.1 Explain:

3.2 Base material:

3.2.1 Building materials: brick, concrete, ceramics, marble, glass, metal, plastic, wood, they generally can be divided into porous and nonporous material. 4.Sealant application:

4.1 Environmental requirements:

Sealant should be at a temperature of 4℃ -40 ℃, relative humidity 40%-80% clean environment construction, rain, snow, not construction. 4.2 Surface cleaning process:

4.3 coating applications:

b. users should be in the substrate after cleaning, before applying sealant primer treatment.

e. general primer drying time is 20 seconds, if time is too long, probably because of excessive or failure.

4.4.1

a. silicone sealant should be at a temperature of 4℃ -40℃, it can obtain better bonding effect.
